Haylee has been our bookkeeper for almost 3 years after we bought a health food shop in 2019. We had only basic knowledge of how to effectively keep our books and prepare BAS but Haylee has talked us through every step of the way, entering all information in Xero online and liaising with us via a weekly spreadsheet of tasks, queries regarding allocation of spending and reminders to keep us on track and in time. Haylee also created some easy-to-follow videos and systems to teach us how to do tasks like pays and entering receipts. Haylee has also been able to communicate with suppliers regarding accounts and our accountant regarding BAS and tax to make our job easier and reduce our stress. Even though we are in Western Australia and Haylee in Victoria, there have been absolutely no barriers to being able to keep our books and communicate with us effectively. To tell the truth, our books would have been an absolute mess without her!
